Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using Zonovy, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you can legally enter into a binding agreement;
• the information you provide is accurate and complete; and
• you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws or sanctions restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false eligibility information, including false age information.

If we discover that a user is under 18, we will promptly disable the account and delete associated content and personal data.

To use Zonovy, you must create an account using supported login methods such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.

You agree to:

• maintain accurate account information;
• keep your account credentials secure;
• use the account only for yourself; and
• not create multiple accounts for abusive or deceptive purposes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or its users.

Zonovy is a short-video series platform focused on edutainment content.

Features may include:

• uploading and viewing video series;
• liking, commenting, and replying;
• following users;
• messaging;
• quizzes and interactive features;
• content discovery and search;
• reporting and blocking tools; and
• content sharing through in-app share links.

Some features may be modified, suspended, removed, or unavailable at any time, especially during beta testing.

We may release experimental or beta features that may not function as expected.

“User Content” means any videos, text, comments, messages, profile information, or other content you upload, submit, post, send, or otherwise make available through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or sharing it.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content;
• your content does not violate any law or third-party rights; and
• your content complies with these Terms and applicable policies.

By uploading or posting User Content on the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of:

• operating the Service;
• improving and supporting platform functionality;
• enabling content delivery;
• security and moderation;
• generating thumbnails or previews;
• formatting or transcoding content for technical compatibility; and
• other platform operations consistent with these Terms.

This license also permits limited technical modifications necessary to operate the Service, including compression, resizing, encoding, formatting, and adaptation for different devices or network conditions.

We will not use your User Content for promotional or marketing purposes without your consent.

The license generally ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except where:

• retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes; or
• temporary cached copies continue to exist for a limited period.

Content uploaded to Zonovy may be publicly visible by default.

By posting public content, you understand that:

• other users may view and interact with your content;
• content may be shared through Zonovy-generated links; and
• shared links may allow others to access your content within the app environment.

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish publicly.

The Service may allow users to exchange messages and interact with one another.

You understand that:

• interactions with other users are solely between users;
• Zonovy does not guarantee the identity, conduct, or reliability of any user;
• Zonovy is not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from user-to-user interactions; and
• you use social and messaging features at your own risk.

You may block other users using available platform tools.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• upload illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content;
• harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit others;
• promote hatred, violence, or self-harm;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights;
• distribute spam or manipulate engagement;
• upload sexually explicit or otherwise restricted content;
• exploit or endanger minors;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service; or
• use the Service in a way that may harm Zonovy, its users, or third parties.

Users may report content, accounts, or conduct that may violate these Terms.

Zonovy may investigate reports and take action including:

• removing content;
• restricting visibility;
• limiting account functionality;
• suspending accounts; or
• permanently terminating accounts.

We may take action with or without prior notice.

Enforcement decisions may involve automated systems, manual review, or a combination of both.

We are not obligated to monitor all activity or pre-screen all content.

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact us at support@intelives.com.

We aim to acknowledge appeals within 30 days, though submitting an appeal does not guarantee review, reversal, or response within any specific timeframe.

Zonovy respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Zonovy has designated a DMCA agent registered with the United States Copyright Office.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated agent at: support@intelives.com

Your notice must include:

• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it on the Service;
• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Zonovy will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

You may request deletion of your account through available platform tools.

After deletion or termination:

• your account and content may become immediately inaccessible or invisible to other users; and
• permanent deletion may take up to approximately 30 days, subject to backup retention, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and security needs.

We may also restrict or prevent future account creation by users previously terminated for violations.

The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party infrastructure, hosting, analytics, authentication, storage, security, or cloud service providers.

Zonovy is not responsible for third-party services, websites, products, or content not controlled by us.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Some parts of the Service may be released in beta, testing, or experimental form.

Beta features may:

• contain bugs or errors;
• change without notice;
• become unavailable; or
• function differently than expected.

We make no guarantees regarding the availability or reliability of beta features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Zonovy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• merchantability,
• fitness for a particular purpose,
• non-infringement,
• availability,
• accuracy, and
• reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• content will always be accurate or safe; or
• the Service will be secure or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zonovy, Intelives Pvt Ltd, and their directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, reputation, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to us, if any, during the 12 months before the claim arose; or
• USD $100 (or local currency equivalent).

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zonovy, Intelives Pvt Ltd, affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• your use of the Service;
• your User Content;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may modify the Service, add or remove features, discontinue portions of the Service, or update these Terms at any time.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we may provide notice through the app or other reasonable methods.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to the consumer rights described below, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Zonovy is operated by Intelives Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India. Users outside India, including those in the United States, acknowledge that they are entering into an agreement with an Indian entity.

We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
